Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.Schedule: This position is full-time, working four 10-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shiftsBenefits:--- Paid 12-week training with preceptor--- Medical, dental and vision benefits--- Life and long-term care insurance provided--- Paid time off including holidays, paid sick time and extended illness benefits--- Retirement plans with employer contributions--- Education reimbursement--- Employee assistance program--- Wellness program--- Among others Responsibilities What You Can Expect:--- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met--- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures--- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching--- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families--- Administer and chart all prescribed medications--- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations--- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews--- Document required patient education efforts --- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals--- Assist in medication inventory maintenance--- Lead a small patient care team--- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed--- Additional tasks as requested
