Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated RN Surgical
Services OR to join our dynamic team in the Operating Room. This
pivotal role involves working directly in surgical settings,
providing direct and specialized nursing care for patients
undergoing surgical procedures. Our commitment at HCA Healthcare is

improving human life through expert care and teamwork. Prepare
operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and
supplies are available and sterile. Assist surgeons during
operations while managing tools and handling tissues as needed.
Monitor patient vital signs and maintain, and record patient
histories and health assessments. Administer medications and assist
in pain management post-operation. Collaborate with surgical teams
and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
and safety. Educate patients and their families about postoperative
care and health maintenance. Participate in continuous education to
keep up with the latest practices, tools, and techniques in
surgical care. Proficiency in operating room protocols and
procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability
to handle stressful situations and make informed decisions in a
fast-paced environment Comprehensive knowledge of surgical
operations and nurse practices Skill in using medical software and

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
