Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Finance Senior Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the activities related to the accounting processes, budget formulation and execution, administration of financial resources and tax management of BCG, based on the guidelines and local and corporate policies established, in order to ensure that the resources are allocated correctly according to the objectives of the Company.

  • Supervise the budget, accounting and treasury processes of the Panama office
  • Direct the process of issuing Financial Statements; for corporate purposes, validate the registration of information in the system; for local purposes, carry out the homologation of items in line with the tax policies established locally
  • Coordinate and prepare the activities related to the management of KPI's, analysis of controls, financial policies, tax management and financial reports of the Company
  • Review and validate the Company's payroll, in coordination with outsourcing, and ensure the proper registration of promotions, calculation of salary increase and new hires, etc.
  • Ensure that the tax returns, prepared by outsourcing, comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the accounts payable processes and reimbursements of expenses in the Company
  • Supervise the accounting process carried out by the Outsourcing, in order to validate that all Panamanian accounting principles and regulations are being respected
  • Coordinate the accounting and tax registration of the MDPs' payroll, according to the concepts and internal corporate guidelines of the headquarters of the company
  • Provide the auditors with all the information requirements in the Financial Audit process, in order to be aligned with the accounting principles established locally and corporately
  • Lead the process of construction and monitoring of the budget of income, expenses and investments for the office in Panama
  • Coordinate Project Management processes for the Panama office (Revenue, Billings, Collections, Projections, economics) in conjunction with the Commercial Finance team of the System

      Specialization desirable but not required

      Minimum 5 years' experience; experience working in multinational companies. Familiarity with the SEM regime preferred
      • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English language skills
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel
      • Basic knowledge of Oracle
