A company is looking for a Mortgage Finance Banking
Documentation and Compliance Associate Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and review legal documentation for mortgage finance
banking
Ensure compliance with approved credit actions
Lead the documentation team and train new team members
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent (Bachelor's degree
preferred)
5+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proven customer service skills
Knowledge of the mortgage and banking industry preferred
