Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Administrative Assistant position opening in Panama City, FL. This is for a contract-to-hire opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, as well as providing client services/support. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! DUTIES INCLUDE: The Admin/ Receptionist/ Assistant provides support to the Intake unit to include primary front desk reception duties, preparation of intake correspondence and packets, intake data entry, and routing incoming calls. The position works closely with all staff positions in the NFO, but primary responsibilities are to the intake unit. Strong clerical skills and good customer service skills.
