We're searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You'll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you'll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today!

  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
  • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
    • Daily servicing of the database to bring new business to the team
    • Coordination of services, paperwork, and marketing properties
    • Communication with Sellers and Buyers
    • Continued Education as new products and processes become available
    • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
    • Oversee all contracts through closing
    • Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
    • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
    • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
    • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled Qualifications
      • Communicates well, both verbally and written
      • Must have high school diploma or GED
      • Available evenings and weekends
      • Previous experience in the real estate industry
      • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
        • Proficient in social media, image editing, and a desire to learn new programs
        • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

        • 1-3 years of service and management experience
        • 3-5 years of administrative experience
