You'll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: --- Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed --- Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs --- Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks --- Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made --- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: --- 2+ years of maintenance experience --- Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures --- High school diploma/GED or equivalent --- Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic --- Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
