$22.99 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Serve as
the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, answering
questions regarding investment funds, account details, and
financial products. Execute monetary and administrative requests
with high accuracy Document client feedback and trends to help our
support teams identify opportunities for service enhancements.
Utilize omnichannel CRM software and virtual collaboration tools to
manage client interactions What You’ll Bring: The ability to
explain complex information in a clear, relatable, and professional
manner. Willingness to undergo 25 days of intensive, 100%
attendance training to become a subject matter expert. A strong
desire to learn and master new software systems and virtual
communication tools. What We Offer: Competitive pay rate of
$23.00/hour Enjoy the best of both worlds with remote work on
Mondays and Fridays $80 monthly stipend to help offset the cost of
high-speed internet Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability,

(37.5–40 hours per week) with occasional overtime opportunities.
