today.Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Orlando, FL is currently
seeking a Scrum Master to join our team on the WSTARS program. In
this role, the selected candidate will work with a highly motivated
and engaged Agile team to provide oversight of the Agile framework
and ensure operational excellence in product deliveries. Provide
guidance and help educate the team in Scrum, Kanban, and ensuring
that the Agile process is being followed. Help remove impediments
and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics,
continuous flow, and relentless improvement. Conducts
multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment
designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design,
development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems
for product and commercial software. Determines computer user
needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program
intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming
techniques, and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs
and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and
operating systems. Ensures software standards are
met.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the
following:Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business
needs of stakeholdersCollaborates with project sponsors to
determine project scope and visionWorks with stakeholders and
project team to prioritize collected requirementsTranslates
conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a
clear manner for the developers/project teamDevelops and conduct
reviews of business requirements to ensure that requirement
specifications are correctly interpretedCollaborate with customer
and development team to identify appropriate technical
solutionsCoordinate with customers and/or technical staff to
resolve issuesUse accepted project management, application
development and documentation standards and processesCoordinate
testing, implementation, documentation of applicationsWork as the
project manager and provides leadership, guidance, and support to
all team membersThis position may be filled at the Principal or Sr.
Principal level.Basic Qualifications:Level 3: Bachelor's degree
with 5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of
experience OR High School diploma or equivalent and 9 years of
experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.Level 4:
Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, or Master's degree
with 7 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent and
13 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed
degree.Must have Scrum Master certification.Active in scope DoD
Secret clearanceAbility to travel up to 25% of the time.Preferred
Qualifications:Ability to perform risk & opportunity analysis.EVMS
Skills and ExperienceSAFe CertifiedSalary Range: $87,600 USD
$131,400 USDSalary Range 2: $108,600 USD $163,000 USDEmployees may
be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
