Engage in direct patient care across all age groups, encompassing

service standards. Position Overview: Incentives Offered: New
Graduates: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for night shifts only 1-2 years of
RN experience: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus 3-4 years of RN experience:
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus 5 years of RN experience: $20,000 Sign-On
Bonus Education Support: Up to $20,000 in Loan Forgiveness for new
graduate nurses Tuition Reimbursement of up to $2,000 annually

Differential Pay Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3

Employer-Matched Retirement Contributions Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing
program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a
current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure where
nursing duties are performed, meeting all state board of nursing
requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification
through the American Heart Association or successful completion of
the course within 30 days of hire. Physical Requirements: Ability
to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds regularly Prolonged
standing and walking required during each shift Capability to grip,
reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill job duties Unit
Information: The OB/GYN (5B) Women’s Surgical unit consists of 32
beds, providing care for postpartum patients, mother/baby couplets,
and medical-surgical cases. The patient population includes various
gynecological conditions, gynecological oncology, obstetrical
complications, and mother/baby couplets. Our medical/surgical cases
involve a range of gynecological surgical procedures, bariatric
weight loss surgeries, colon resections, and other minor colon
surgeries, along with general medical patients. Nurse-to-patient
ratios are 1:5-6, and PCA-to-patient ratios are 1:6-8. All staff
members work 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM to
7:00 AM, including alternating weekends and holidays. We are an
