Job Description:

A company is looking for a Cloud Data Engineering Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data engineers and architects to design, develop, test, and deploy data pipelines and analytics solutions using Azure cloud tools
Work with engineers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and architectures
Implement best practices for data management in Microsoft Azure, such as data quality, data governance, data security, data lineage, data cataloging

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in data engineering or a similar role, with proven expertise in building end-to-end data pipelines and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud services
Experience leading a team of data engineers or architects
Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages such as Python, Scala, C#, Java
Familiarity with data engineering frameworks and tools such as Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive
