RN / Assistant Nurse Manager - Heart Cath LabTallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is searching for a dynamic, full-time, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Nurse Manager to lead the interdisciplinary team performing patient care on our Heart Cath Lab.DID YOU KNOW:Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is a designated and accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and A-Fib Certified - WOW!As our Assistant Nurse Manager you have the opportunity to work in a collaborative service-line leadership environment, one founded on shared governance and a clinical co-management model. In this role, you get to practice & promote clinically proficient patient care, personnel management, and the efficient allocation of resources in accordance with the philosophy of nursing service and the mission of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. In this role, you are an active participant in monitoring compliance, investigating variances, and developing plans for remediation. You will get to assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the department to ensure it meets its goals and objectives for patient care.The Heart Cath Lab provides state-of-the-art diagnostic and interventional services for patients with cardiac or peripheral vascular disease including a complete electrophysiology and structural heart program. • Registered Nurse (Active Florida RN License or in process of obtaining active FL RN Licensure will be considered)
• Associate's of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
• High patient focus and commitment to continuous process improvement
• Ability to proactively inspire & lead a diverse team - developing & maintaining effective working relationships
• 2 or more years of acute care Registered Nursing experience
• 2 or more years of previous experience in an ER, ICU or cardiac hospital setting strongly preferred
• Cath Lab leadership experience in an acute-care hospital setting
