Position Status: Year-Round Position Type: Full-Time (Average more than 30 hours weekly) What Will I Be Doing?:

To lead the Lodging team to provide the highest level of guest service at all times for new and returning patrons. Front Office Manager scope of responsibilities include the Front Desk Agents and Night Audit. Ensures Hilton standards are met in all areas by monitoring quality assurance, and consistently setting a good example.

What Experience is Needed to Be Successful? : You are expected to have at least three years previous experience as a Front Office Manager or other leadership position. A Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Hotel/Resort Management, or other tourism fields is strongly preferred. You should also have extensive knowledge of Front Office operations, preferably in a Hilton property. What are the Physical Requirements of the Job? : You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, be able to overhead reach, climb/descend stairs regularly, and be able to properly move or lifts up to 40lbs throughout shift. You will spend some of your time standing and some will be spent keyboarding and working on the computer. Who Are We?: Life at St. Joe Hospitality moves to the cadence of seasons and tides.
