This position can be remote or onsite. We are flexible!
The ideal candidate will have a background in property and
casualty and have 2 or more years of recent Commercial line experience.

The Opportunity
Our Commercial Insurance Account Managers work very closely with our clients, our carrier partners, and other internal departments. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with local business Owners across many different industries, and provide them with an outstanding level of customer service. Below are some of the responsibilities that this role will have regularly:
Bind coverage with required documents/forms and payments
Manage an existing book of business, and focus on rounding out accounts
Handling policy renewals, and quoting activities
Manage all activities and workload in agency management system (Applied Epic)
Review policies for accuracy
Communicate regularly and directly with clients and underwriters
Send out forms to clients that need to be reviewed and then collect payment
Assist clients with requests for Certificates of Insurance
Handle claim calls from clients, and then report claims to the appropriate carrier
Follow up with clients and adjusters during claims process
Answer incoming calls from clients with general policy questions
Process payments from clients
Assist with quoting activities

The Person
Our ideal candidate for this position will need to be a highly organized person who enjoys working in a very fast-paced environment. You must also enjoy working with details, and be extremely accurate with your work. Most importantly you must love providing a very high-level of customer service both externally to clients and carries, and internally to your fellow colleagues. Below are some proven skill sets, behaviors and personality traits that we look for in a successful Commercial Account Manager:
MUST have an active 220 Agents Insurance license within the State of Florida if wanting remote
MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience specifically working in Commercial Insurance, preferably in an Independent Insurance Agency
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience using programs within Microsoft Office
Strong organization skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Friendly and out-going
Significant ability to multi-task detailed and complex work
Strong tendency to always exceed others' expectations
