We are looking for a Manager, Catalyst with a can-do attitude who will develop and drive strategic initiative, based out of our Miami office (remote options in Northern Florida). The role includes serving as the daily client go-to for conceptualizing and executing plans and managing multiple members of a top-notch team on a variety of projects.
What You Will Do:

• Act as the day-to-day manager on communications programs and campaigns
• Manage campaign execution, including project management, creative, and strategy.
• Support the annual planning process, representing Golin as a result and strategy-oriented client partner
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
• Cultivate a culture of support, growth, and partnership among team
• Assist with financials, including budgets and billing
  What You Have:
  • Preferably located in North Florida (Tallahassee or Jacksonville)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 3+ years of experience driving and executing marketing campaigns
  • 1-2 years of experience managing projects
  • Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Ability to anticipate problems and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience working on a large and dynamic integrated team
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
  • A strong understanding of digital media and content marketing strategies, ability to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned, owned and paid media, and apply analytics to measure results and provide insights
  • Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner
  • Bonus points for previous experience in public health or government campaigns
