SageSure, the insurance first, tech-forward, capital-lite managing general underwriter that focuses on the underserved, preferred homeowners middle-market, is seeking a Culture Champion to join our Policy Services team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing, reinforcing, and maintaining the company s values-based culture across the Policy Services department. Key focus areas include partnering with management teams to hire candidates who match SageSure s culture, while also improving employees engagement and retention, and sending communications designed to enhance the employee experience.What you'll be doing:Coordinate with operational leaders and People Experience (Human Resources) team to develop and execute strategies for building and maintaining a highly engaged Policy Services teamAct as a business expert and liaison with internal and external staffing teams to ensure candidates hired match SageSure s culture and needs of specific roles being filledCreate a roadmap and implement plans to increase employee/contractor engagement, retention, and performanceDevelop processes to stay connected with team members to understand their ongoing morale and engagement with SageSure, sharing any opportunities with operational leaders the People Experience teamIdentify, create, and execute robust employee engagement initiatives, including contests, incentives, and employee appreciation programsConceptualize, develop, and implement programs to improve connection and engagement with remote teamsProvide regular written communications and reports to leaders with status updates, plans, and outcomesCreate mechanisms to accurately measure and track retention data, team engagement, and related performance measuresWe're looking for someone who has:3+ years' experience working in financial services/insurance or contact centers5-7+ years experience in human resources, learning & development, or culture/transformationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starter, ability to work independently, creative and collaborativeHighly preferred candidates also have:A Bachelor s degree
