We design software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions in conjunction with POS terminals to give our customers an unmatched user experience. talech was acquired by U.S. Bank in 2019 and is now tasked with making our products the centerpiece of a comprehensive digital experience for U.S. Bank small and medium business customers.Position Summary:The Customer Success Function:The Customer Success (CS) function works to ensure our customers maximize the value they receive from the solutions they acquired from us, while making them raving fans of the company. Training and product education is a central part of this mission. Your work will have a direct impact on the customer experience and by extension, on the business success of the company.Under the responsibility of the Customer Success function are all post-sales activities including: Initial deployment, customer onboarding, ongoing technical and application support, customer and partner training, upgrades and updates of hardware and software solutions, customer management, user adoption, program expansion, customer value capture, and more. This role supports this function and corresponding teams.Position Purpose:The Customer Success Operations team assists the rest of the Customer Success teams (Professional Services, Customer Care, Customer Success Management, and Knowledge Management) to enhance their ability to be effective. We do that by assisting them in deploying new tools, updating methodologies, developing new processes and launching other practice development projects. In order to do this effectively, we must work well with supporting organizations within U.S. Bank and Elavon globally. In this role youll provide project and analytical support to see through key process improvement and development projects to create efficiency and effectiveness in the Customer Success organization.Primary Responsibilities:Run and/or support process improvement projects for the various teams within the Customer Success function. Recognize and take initiative to solve problems for the Customer Success teams to make their tasks and day-to-day experience easier and more efficient. Create tools and systems that capture data and represent the effectiveness of the teams and the effectiveness of the projects implemented. Project manages the implementation of various software(s) selected for the teams. Cross collaborates and communicates well with other teams to achieve project goals and initiatives.Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of operations-related experiencePreferred Skills:
    • Experience and passion for providing support for and running medium to large sized projects
    • Propensity for hands-on work and diving in to solve complex problems. No task is too small to own. Creativity in solutioning (Outside-of-the-box thinking)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and track record of building collaborative relationships cross functionally
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to various types of projects that may require different methods of project management
    • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
    • Proven expertise with SaaS solutions and Cloud technologies
    • Experience creating presentation decks in PowerPoint and analyzing data in Excel
    • Experience with POS solutions and/or work with SMBs in Retail, Restaurants and/or Services fields is a plus
