This newly formed position will report to the Director of Impact Measurement and will be responsible for creating and executing social impact evaluation plans across U.S. Banks enterprise initiatives. The role will work both with USBCDC and U.S. Bank leaders to coordinate measurement operations.This role will partner with the strategy, marketing, risk, ESG Program Office, DEI, external consultants and partners, and other functions to coordinate consistent impact frameworks and operations to create efficient reporting and evaluation systems. (http://https://ir.usbank.com/news-releases/news-release-details/us-bancorp-announces-100-billion-community-benefits-plan)The role will operate as an internal evaluation consultant and provide business lines with support around structuring and operationalizing impact evaluation and measurement initiatives.To be successful, the manager must bring a strong subject matter expertise in social impact measurement and evaluation needs to develop strong working relationships with partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders. The manager must be able to combine a high-level strategic approach with the ability to translate strategic frameworks into execution.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Create research-driven impact measurement frameworks Design social impact measurement plans for impact-driven projects or initiatives, Coordinate with external research partners and consultants on evaluation development Author and co-author program evaluation plansLead operationalization of impact measurement frameworks Serve as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the collection, organization, and reporting operations necessary to produce audit-ready reporting in alignment with evaluation frameworks Design, modify, and administer data collection instruments to support data collection, reporting and evaluation effortsGuide continuous improvement efforts and integrate industry best practice Stay ahead on social evaluation standards through ongoing collaboration and education Serve as a thought partner and thought leader for strategic meetings, conferences, and other venues to educate on impact evaluation best practiceBasic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
