Your new company Our client is a leading Cyber Security company within the Tampa, Florida area, that has been established for the last 8 years, and is in growth mode. Due to the increased headcount forecast, they are looking to build their HR function and take it to the next level and seeking an HR Director to join the senior management team. Your new role Reporting to the CEO and CFO, the HR Director will be a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor on critical initiatives as well as integrate HR and business strategies. Working closely with the leadership team on organisational and people related matters, you will initiate and drive HR programs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Succession Planning and HRIS, amongst others. What you''ll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent, a minimum of 8-10 years of HR, and a mix of startup and hands on experience, and will have worked in a larger organization, to bring best practices to the business. You will ideally have come from a cyber security or tech background and can balance operational and strategic people matters, understanding what is needed to deliver in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
