Job Description TITLE: Project Manager LOCATION: Remote based, with occasional travel required REPORTS TO: Director of Client Success with an indirect report to Chief Product and Technology Officer POSITION STATUS: Full-time, Exempt KEY RELATIONSHIPS AND TEAM: While working collaboratively with Executive Leadership and project teams (internal and external), the primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organizations continued development, and to ensure project implementation is completed on time and to specifications. THE OPPORTUNITY: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full implementation lifecycle of all business-related projects. In addition, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities as appropriate, monitoring, summarizing, and reporting on the progress of projects to Leadership will be key responsibilities of the Project Manager. Specifically, the Project Manager will have responsibility to:Leads interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy, and efficiency. Manage multiple ongoing projects, while maintaining the highest personal and team standards of quality.Thinks creatively to translate non-technical Statements of Work into complex F&I Sentinel configurations. Outline tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Prepare and implement budgets based on estimates.Conduct risk assessments; reports identified risks to Leadership; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems, and remedials actions taken, or project activities. Acts as a liaison between Leadership, clients, and project team.Gather essential business process requirements, internally and externally.Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects. Lead virtual or in-person training to users with diverse technical skills, maintaining consistent and positive delivery throughout the sessions. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.Performs other duties as assigned. Professional Qualifications: The following knowledge, skills, education, licensure, and experiences are required:Minimum three years of project management experienceStrong business acumen. Superior organization, prioritization, time management, delegation, and project documentation skills.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Precise attention to detail.Ability to understand and interpret business and technical details and translate them into a viable state of work and project plan.Strong business analytical skills.Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.Strong commitment to delivering projects successfully and superior service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites and PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.Ability to sit for long periods of time.
