Hybrid Role - Northern Florida Psychiatry J ob (G row Into Medical Director Role)

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible psychiatrist
  • Must have Florida license in hand and Florida Medicaid #
  • Work in either Pensacola, Tallahassee, Panama City or Marianna (telemedicine option for a couple of days a week)
  • Hiring due to growth
  • Looking for someone that can start asap
  • Option to start part time
  • Provider that can grow into a medical director role and still see clients on a limited basis
  • Seeking a provider with experience in a busy behavioral health environment and wants a busy schedule
  • Diagnose, prescribe medication, monitor medication side effects and participate in the treatment team process
  • Provider that can see all ages is preferred, not required
  • Outpatient only
  • Open Monday - Friday (after hours by appointment)
  • No call
  • Full time providers will see about 15 patients per day
  • 70% of the patients are medicare and medicaid
  • No visa candidates, unfortunately
  • Must work 30 hours to receive benefits
