The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. You will work closely with the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure that the project meets all requirements and is completed to the highest standards.Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the project, from conception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure that all project goals and objectives are met
  • Manage project team members, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage project change requests and ensure that they are properly documented and approvedQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
    • 8+ years of experience in multifamily, student housing, or any other type of multi-unit construction project management
    • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
    • Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
