A company is looking for a Enterprise Risk Adjustment
Submissions Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Enterprise Risk Adjustment Submissions Team and ensure
alignment with departmental goals
Identify and solve technical needs for risk adjustment submissions,
including evaluating systems and vendors
Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations and maximize
revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 12
years of related experience
3+ years of leadership experience with staff management
Experience in technology operations and project management
Analytical skills and ability to develop strategic
recommendations
Strong financial background and delegation skills
