A company is looking for a Solution Portfolio Management
Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the HR technology portfolio strategy aligned
with business objectives
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of HR
technology projects
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate
effective change management activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a
related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR technology portfolio
management, with a leadership role
Proven experience in project management, including planning,
execution, and risk management
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Preferred: Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g.,
Project Management Professional, HR Technology certifications)
