Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Manager for Seasonal Tax
Preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview, onboard, and coach seasonal employees to provide
exceptional customer service
Maintain high team morale and drive team attainment of SLAs and
KPIs
Analyze team performance data, provide feedback and coaching, and
identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications:
Credentials as a Tax Professional (CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Tax
Attorney) with an active PTIN
3+ years of experience managing remote teams
Understanding of tax preparation, tax filing, and accounting
practices
Experience implementing process improvements and solutions
Examples illustrating the impact of process improvements
