Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the development and delivery of compliant and compelling
RFP/RFI responses
Manage the proposal development process, including planning,
organizing, and scheduling
Coordinate and deliver proposals, effectively laying out the
proposed solution and identifying its competitive advantages
Required Qualifications:
Exceptional facilitation and organization skills to lead
cross-functional proposal teams
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and document
repositories like SharePoint and Privia
Strong leadership, team development, and project management
skills
Detail-oriented with a strong results focus
Experience managing proposal activities in state and/or federal
government environment
