Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer pain points, technical landscape, and business
goals when talking to customers
Monitor specific data to identify at-risk customers
Pinpoint problems and opportunities for expansion, work with the
Account Manager for expansion and renewal opportunities
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management,
Business Development or another client-facing role
Experience in 1:many digital client relationships
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams/clients
to develop solution designs and requirements
Ability to establish credibility and develop key relationships as a
trusted technical advisor for customers
Technical aptitude with the ability to learn technical concepts
