A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading and overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality
proposals for complex bid opportunities
Providing guidance, training, and thought leadership to proposal
teams
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and embodying win
themes and strategies in proposals
Qualifications / Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 10 years of proven proposal management and leadership
experience
Strong knowledge of government contract business and financial
models
Expertise in MS Word, MS Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines
