it. -Salary Range: -$46700 - $70100 SalaryThis compensation range
takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in
making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill
sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and
other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range
estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic
differential associated with the location at which the position may
be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be
hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances
of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $46700

-JOB SUMMARY: - -The Strategic Provider Account Manager maintains
and expands provider partnerships with key accounts within One
Call's network. They create long-term, trusting relationships with
network providers. The Account Managers role is to oversee a
portfolio of assigned provider accounts, develop new business from
existing providers, and actively seek new sales opportunities. They
are responsible for making sure providers' needs are being met and
understood by each department within One Call. Their duties include
working to find solutions to barriers and streamlining workflows
between organizations that drive provider directed sales quotas.
-GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - -Provider Account Management:

- Establish productive, professional relationships with key
personnel in assigned provider accounts. -
- Proactively assess, clarifies, and validates providers' -needs
on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development -efforts that best address provider
needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company
personnel. -
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including
support, service, and management resources -in order to -meet
provider performance objectives and -customers' -expectations.

- Proactively leads joint company-strategic account planning
process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial
targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. -

- Meets assigned targets for revenue volume and strategic
objectives for assigned provider accounts. -
- Achieves assigned sales quota for assigned provider
accounts.
- Constantly reviewing provider revenue performance to determine
optimal profitability to ensure positive margins for One Call.

- Educate providers -on new products or territories for expansion
-and internal -One Call -programs that enhance the providers
current product offering. -
- Identify -revenue opportunities within provider network that
drive sales quota -
- Recruit out of network -providers -to increase customer network
penetration. -
- Provider Product Fairs with -customers to increase product
awareness and alignment.EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -
- Bachelor's degree preferred (B.A. or B.S.) or 4 years of
equivalent experience. -
- -2 years Account Management and Sales experience. -GENERAL
