Job Title: Learning Management System Associate - OPS Location: Tallahassee, FL Regular/Temporary: Temporary Full/Part Time: Job ID: 58373 Department FAMU-FSU College of Engineering (College Computing Services)Responsibilities Provides excellent service to our College customers (faculty, staff and students), primarily related to our Learning Management System, Canvas, and related tools and technologies. Assists with Canvas administrative tasks. Responds to user support requests. Assists with the development of documentation and training materials. Assists with other support areas, as needed.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency and two years of customer service experience. Strong Customer Service orientation and commitment. Some meaningful experience providing support for end-user computing technologies. Solid troubleshooting mindset. Excellent communication skills. Experience working successfully in a team-oriented environment. Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Windows OS, and Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel.Preferred Qualifications Experience with a Learning Management system, preferably Canvas.
