We are a 266-bed, acute-care hospital that offers 24/7 Emergency Services in Leon and Gadsden Counties including; a Pediatric ER, and an Express Care ER. Unit Description: Observation/CDU is a fast pace observation unit with 12 beds. Patients are usually admitted for a shorter stay. Typical patients are admitted for 24-48 hours in observation status waiting on lab or diagnostic studies for discharge. Position Summary: The Department Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse who is accountable to the Nursing Director for clinical and operations functions of an assigned unit. The Charge Nurse assumes the responsibility of managing the unit s clinical and operations activities in the absence of the Director. Your benefits include:

• Student loan repayment #TalentLivesHereQualifications EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN required LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required BLS AHA Healthcare Provider ACLS required on hire for experienced nurses. New Graduates will need to obtain within 90 days of hire.
