Job Description:
To perform accurately and in a timely manner laboratory tests
demonstrating critical judgment and following policies and
procedures as appropriate. Presentation and customer courtesy are
required components of the process.EducationCollege degree in
Medical TechnologyExperiencePreferred three years' experience in a
hospital laboratory setting.Licenses, Certifications and/or
Registrations:State of Florida Technologist or higher license in
Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology, Serology, and Microbiology
or proof of eligibility and dates approved for taking
exam.Specialized Knowledge and Skills:Patient contact and handling
of biohazardous specimens
