Job Description:

Vaco Staffing is currently hiring Licensed Telesales Agents for open enrollment. This position begins on August 1st - December 15th. The pay is $25/hour, you must hold an active 2-15 license. Remote, Florida only. This is an entry level sales opportunity that will focus on selling for one client or one product, through inbound/outbound calls. The Telesales Agent is responsible for reaching the decision maker, completing the needs and analysis, and converting that prospect to a member. This position requires the use of multiple systems to analyze customer records and submit accurate data in our Customer Relationship Management tool. Additionally, this position will focus on managing lead list appropriate for client/product.Required Licenses and Certifications

• Active Florida State Health Insurance License 2-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuities* Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within the Call Center operating hours of will Monday through Sunday from 8:00am to 12:00am (or as business demands) during open enrollment (October - December). All shifts will include evenings, nights and/or weekends.* Generate new customer sales via qualified inbound calls/outbound for single product/client* Identify and cross-sell prospects a limited ancillary product* Respond to customer inquiries regarding product offerings* Deliver best-in-class customer experience and ensure ongoing satisfaction and customer retention* Identify and overcome buying obstacles* Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives as established by the management team* Exceed all company and client driven metrics for sales revenue, retention rates, quality, compliance, and service levelCompliance* Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call and log information related to those calls* Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliant procedures* Researches and resolves disputes and problems within established guidelines* Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records* Facilitates application process and perform field UW process for appropriate product(s)Job Requirements* Ability to obtain the state required Health license prior to the start of product training. - Requirement for assignment* Typing skills* Experience with listening and relating key information to comparable selling situations to apply appropriate responses and actions* 100% adherence to assigned schedule during the open enrollment season.* Call Center Experience* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well developed interpersonal skills.* Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Experience working independently and as part of a team* Experience using computers and navigating among multiple systems and screens.Required Work Experience0-2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and educationRequired Education:Highschool Diploma or GED
