  • Ability to pass a criminal background check---Job DescriptionCentralis Health is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our rapidly growing team of healthcare innovators. Our goal is to improve access to care and reduce inefficiency in the healthcare system. As we expand nationally, it is crucial that we find a dynamic Outside Sales Executive who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done. This position reports to the CEO and will have full autonomy over the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone who:

      • Execute outside sales efforts for the company with little oversight
      • Develop a sales pipeline from start to finish with clearly defined strategies and objectives
      • Source prospective clients through targeted research and relationship building
      • Maintain and strengthen our existing client base by cross-selling additional products
      • Develop a thorough understanding of our company's products and services
      • Communicate clearly with upper management regarding status of prospects
      • Clearly organize notes within our CRM to optimize efficiencyWe understand that developing a sales pipeline can take time. By month 3 of your employment, we expect that you have clearly defined strategies and objectives for sourcing new customers. By month 6, we expect that you will have made at least a couple new sales. By the end of your first year, we anticipate that you would be bringing in upwards of four (4) new licensing contracts a month.---RequirementsMandatory:
        • High school diploma or equivalent
        • 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience (any industry)
        • 2+ years of selling healthcare IT products or services
        • Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline
        • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
        • Experience using a CRM to manage and organize your sales pipeline
        • Excellent business communications skills
        • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Word
        • Demonstrated respect for confidentiality and willingness to complete HIPAA training (provided)
        • High computer savviness
        • Ability to work fully remotely in a location that is free from distractions (access to reliable, high speed internet is essential)
        • Entrepreneurial thought process to support the development of the sales department and the company's goalsPreferred:
          • Experience with FreshSales CRM or FreshDesk
          • Work experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Allscripts, Greenway, athenahealth, or NextGenWe are dedicated to building out a stellar team.             • A starting annual base salary between $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
            • 15% commission structure on all new sales (based on the first year of a software license sale)
