Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking per-diem Physical Therapists (PT) who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. At our 156-bed Skilled Nursing Facility , we focus on the individual needs of each of our patients and partner with physicians, patients, and their families to achieve successful patient outcomes. We pride ourselves on being team oriented, and we offer on-the-spot interviews for all new applicants!
