Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsThe primary purpose of the Case Manager Registered Nurse is to serve as principal liaison between medical staff, administration, finance, health information management and other ancillary departments to ensure that patient care needs are met and treatment plans are executed in the most appropriate and efficient level of the health care continuum.
  Schedule: Full-time, Days (with weekend rotation)
  What qualifications you will need:
  • Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution required; BSN preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in State of Florida required; or appropriate multi-state license
  • 5 years Case Management preferred Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

For 40 years, we have served Bay County and the surrounding communities. We are an accredited facility offering comprehensive care. This includes advanced cardiac assessment and treatment. We offer certified women's services. Our hospital has dedicated spaces for adult and pediatric emergency services. We are certified in Advanced Primary Stroke Care. Our hospital is accredited as a Comprehensive Breast Care Center. We are the area's only Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation. Other services that we offer include orthopedic care and joint replacement, robotic surgery, cardiac, vascular, and interventional services. We are home to the only Pediatric ER in the community.
