Apply today for our Da Vinci Robotics Coordinator Registered Nurse opportunity.Job Summary and QualificationsThe role of the Da Vinci Robotics Coordinator RN is to coordinate the robotics service line at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital to include establishing and preparing for the program and use of robotics as mechanism to deliver unique services in surgical care. This includes planning for, and oversight of, supplies, equipment and instrumentation for the delivery of surgical care across the continuum in robotic surgery. The Robotic Services Coordinator is integral in evaluating service needs, care delivery related to quality, safety and efficiency of care for the robotic surgery program.
    • Responsible for and manages the setup, maintenance, and clinical troubleshooting of the robotic surgical system for and during surgical procedures.
    • Support at the patient side for surgical procedures.
    • Supervises the preparation and positioning of patients for robotic procedures.
    • Conducts staff member training in the specialty of robotic surgery; orients & onboards new hires.What qualifications you will need:--- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date--- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date--- Registered Nurse - BSN Preferred--- Previous experience in the OR and one year of Da Vinci experience required. --- On Call Required and must have the ability to report to the hospital within 30 minutes of call backThis role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is a 238-bed acute care hospital.
