• Job Registered Nurse RN / CVICU / Acute Care We are seeking a qualified CVICU Registered Nurse for an immediate opening.   • Relocation assistance available Registered Nurse RN / CVICU / Acute Care Job Responsibilities Under general direction, provides nursing care in collaboration with the patients and serves as a resource person for staff; evaluates patients' qualifications for clinical research studies; presents lectures, seminars, programs, or conferences; responsible for collaboration, facilitation, and implementation of research projects; provides direct clinical service to patients and families including psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, supportive therapy, behavior modification, care management, and patient education. We are a 266-bed, acute-care hospital that offers 24/7 Emergency Services in Leon and Gadsden Counties including; a Pediatric ER, and an Express Care ER. Offerings also include a Bariatric Center, Behavioral Health Center, Burn Clinic, Cancer Center, Chest Pain Center w/PCI, Comprehensive Breast Center, Family Center, Heart & Vascular Center, Orthopedic/Spine Center, Physical Therapy Services, Stroke Center, Surgical Services, Network-of-Care Affiliated Physician Practices, and more. Job Requirements We are looking for dedicated and professional CVICU Registered Nurses who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specific qualifications for the Registered Nurse / ICU RN role include:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
    • Must have 1 year of critical care/ cardiac PCU/ cardiac Tele/ cath lab/ stepdown/ strong ICU
    • Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider
    • BLS, ACLS, and CPI
    • Basic arrhythmia test recognition have upon hire or within 30 days of hire with a 90% passing score
    • License: Currently licensed in the state
