Position Description TRAVEL RRT RESPIRATORY THERAPY - COST CENTER (754) / DAY SHIFT Unit purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Please utilize the formatting Data Collection: Unit Information: Respiratory Therapy Location: Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center Address: 449 W. 23rd st Panama city, FL Floor: Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 226 Number of Staff 35 Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift Patient Ratios variable depending on day and area coverage. Everyone is expected to help. Type of equipment - EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Adult and Level 3 nicu exp. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
