Job Description:
A company is looking for a Texas Licensed Pharmacy
Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lead pharmacy technician duties and cross train new
hires
Maintain specialized area of responsibility in areas such as
purchasing, compounding, billing, and marketing
Aid clinical pharmacists and care management team by performing
medication reconciliation, formulary research, and providing
medication education
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Pharmacy Technician (PHT) or Pharmacy Intern (RPH-INT)
certification through the TX Board of Pharmacy
Maintain PTCB/NHA certification or possess associated skillset
