Job Description:

Employed hospitalist group is seeking additional BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine - Nocturnist. Hospitalist group is currently made up of 28 physicians and 12 mid-level providers. Facility is non-profit and has 850 licensed beds and is the regions only Level II Trauma Center. No ICU procedures are required as we have intensivists that cover the ICU. The group covers around 250 of the acute beds within the hospital.Group has a physician driven schedule that allows for better patient care by reducing patient turnover and increasing continuity of care. The group is comprised of both Family and Internal Medicine trained physicians.The Nocturnist schedule is 10 hour shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off. Hours are a mix of 7-5 or 9-7. Two docs on at night plus an APRN. APRN generally rounds and doc stays put in ER or in office doing admits. Only one satellite ER, no travel required, would do ADMIT via Telemed.Great benefits, paired with a physician-focused compensation plan and great opportunities for leadership and growth.
