Job SummarySodexo is seeking an experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager II to oversee the clinical nutrition services at HCA Florida Capital Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. As a key member of the hospital's leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of dietitians and clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving financial targets.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical nutrition department, including managing staff, budgets, and resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless integration of clinical nutrition services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sodexo standards.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of clinical staff, including inpatient, outpatient, adult, and pediatric dietitians.Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • 13 months of clinical nutrition management experience.
  • Three years as a registered dietitian with acute care experience.
  • Florida licensure required.
