travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Albany,
Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/11/2025 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel
HIGHLIGHTS: - Minimum experience: two solid years on a MS unit,
travel preferred - Must have recent experience with Sickle Cell and
PIV Insertion - GA or compact RN license required - AHA BLS
required - AHA NIHSS required - AHA ACLS highly preferred -
Associates required; bachelor's degree preferred - Float
Requirements: Yes, to all acute care and cardio to take care of
medical, or Emergency Center for acute care patient holds;
mid-shift floats are uncommon (emergent needs only) - Weekend
requirements: Rotate every other - Must work 2 out of 3 holidays -
On call/Call Back: is rare - Radius rule: 75 miles ADDITIONAL
DETAILS: - Patient ratios: Ratios 1:6 for both days and nights -
EMR: Meditech Expanse: experience preferred but not required
(facility will train) - Nurse Aides- Yes, CNA's 1:8, generally
1:10, do get as sitters - Scrub requirement/Uniform: Caribbean blue
