Description: A well-established neonatal practice in
Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse
Practitioner (NNP) with 2 years of NNP experience. This full-time
role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team in the
region's only Level III NICU, delivering high-quality care to
premature and critically ill newborns. Job Responsibilities:
Provide advanced neonatal care in a 34-bed Level III NICU with an
average daily census of 25 Collaborate with neonatologists,
pediatric specialists, and NICU teams Perform procedures and manage
neonatal emergencies Participate in neonatal transports with RT and
nursing support Follow a varied schedule of 8-hour and 24-hour
shifts, including weekends and on-call ? Working Hours: Combination
of 8-hour and 24-hour shifts Weekend and on-call shifts vary based
on coverage rotation Skills: Neonatal critical care Ventilator and
resuscitation management Family-centered care approach Team
collaboration and communication EMR proficiency
