About The Position What will you will do in this role: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement 27142917EXPTEMP Job Requirements Job Requirements: 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ICU RN experience required If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward. If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License) Current BLS required Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical coverage that covers many common services at no cost or for a low copay.
