Job Description:
Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit

and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. Qualifications
Required Education: - Bachelor's degree in construction management
or a related field. - Human Resources (HR) may substitute
applicable, relevant job experience on a 1-year:1-year basis for
the required education, in addition to the minimum required
experience below. Required Experience: - Five (5) years of design,
construction, and/or maintenance experience. Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a health care facilities construction role.
Required Certification/License/Registry: - None Responsibilities
Your Role: - Coordinates the design process for renovation and
construction projects at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). -
Oversees and manages construction and/or remodeling projects for
TMH properties. - Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal
rules and regulations. - Works with Plant Engineering (PE,
department 8060) and the skilled trades to request and maintain
permits, Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM), and Infection Control
Risk Assessments (ICRA). - Assists with finances (including
soliciting bids and reviewing invoices). - Coordinates owner-direct
purchasing. - Ensures standards are maintained. - Serves as a
system administrator for building plans (including the workflow
associated with issuing and tracking plans under revision). Reports
