Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 50 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating Employment Type: Local Contract Full-time Emergency Room HCA Florida Capital Hospital Salary Range : $27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)- $36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15) Sign on: $10k Days / $15k Nights Relocation : Case by Case Qualifications: 1 year of Recent Acute Care ER RN experience Required Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE: · Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages · Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation · Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes. · Manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually · You will provide follow up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals · You must coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while being patient focused and safety aware at all times About First Connect Health At First Connect Health , we take pride in being a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency , headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
