Job Description:
Family Practice Physician Opening Tallahassee, FLFull-time,
permanent positionWorks collaboratively with the care team and
local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to
coordinate care and services. Diagnose and treat a variety of
diseases and injuries in general practice seeing patients of all
ages.The Medical Center consists of 10 community health centers
located at 10 sites throughout North Florida that provide a quality
and affordable medical and dental care home for the entire
family.HOURS:Monday - FridayTypically 8:00 am - 5:00 pmNo holidays
or weekendsCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Current medical
license to practice in the State of FloridaCurrent D.E.A.
certificate.Board eligible or board certified in family practice;
if board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3
years of hire date.Insurability (malpractice).Current
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
