Medicine Physician in Northwest Florida to become partof a
well-established FQHC with multiple locations across North Florida.
Theorganization is dedicated to offering high-quality and
affordable medical anddental care to families. The Family Medicine
Physician will be responsible foroverseeing proactive care
coordination, addressing chronic conditions, andidentifying
wellness and preventive services for patients of all ages.
Closecollaboration with clinical staff is essential, and the
position reportsdirectly to the site medical director.
Compensationand Benefits: Guaranteedsalary: $185,000 annually
Bonusincentives based on patient volumes. Fullyemployed, full
benefits package StudentLoan repayment Schedule: 40hours Per Week
Monday-Friday: 8 am to 5 pm. Education/ExperienceQualifications:
Graduateof an approved medical school Currentresident or completion
of an approved residency program BCor BE Licensedto practice
medicine in the State of Florida or ability to obtain one. Newgrads
and residents welcomed. EssentialSkills: Providesdirect medical
care to clinic patients, including examination, diagnosis,
andtreatment, following established policies and protocols.
Seespatients of all ages Meetswith other members of the staff and
actively participates in planning andimplementing health service
improvements.
