Job Description Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Albany, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 17 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Experience: Min 1 year in Acute Care MedSurg setting. BLS – AHA Required. Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments. Educates patients on surgical procedures.
